Our Client, a very attractive international mid-sized company under LBO, generating nearly €1 billion in turnover, in the services sector, is seeking, as part of the development of its international business, particularly in Brazil and Portugal: a « Portuguese M&A and Development Associate – Senior Associate » (title to be defined based on the candidates’ experience).

The position:
Our Client, a nearly €1Md sales, starting significant international expansion, in the context of developing its international activity, notably in Brazil & Portugal, with an intense development pipeline in both infrastructures & services, in a highly fragmented market with very high potential (both organically and by consolidation), is looking for a candidate who will have 2 core missions :
Participation to the various missions of the direction des projets spéciaux.
In closed collaboration with the international teams:
-Financial monitoring of development projects (business plan, coordination, acquisitions, etc.).
-Coordination between HQ and International teams, ensuring the right usage of the Group’s strategy and methods (financial, analytics, market, etc.) for all international activities in connection with business development.

Profile of candidate:
M/F.
A strong record of academic achievement, with a degree from a leading school/university in an Economics or Finance related discipline.
Work experience of 2/3 to 5/8 years maximum, in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Leveraged Finance, Corporate M&A, M&A or in Management Consulting (with a finance culture).
Fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
