Poste:

Reporting to Mouratoglou International’s CEO, who is part of Mouratoglou Academy’s top management and reports directly to Patrick Mouratoglou, Chairman, the candidate will have the following roles & responsibilities :

Contribute the continuous shaping and firming up of Mouratoglou International’s growth strategy: vision, goals, priorities, initiatives, requirements,

-Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the tennis academy/coaching/management market, as well as its potential adjacencies e.g. country club, wellness/sports resorts,

-Analyze partnership opportunities to ensure efficient selection of high potential projects and smart resource prioritization, by developing effective opportunity assessment toolkit,

-Create pitching materials in order to support prospection activities and pipeline building activities, and be a driving force to scout for new market growth opportunities based on the guidelines set,

-Define partnership strategies and drive negotiation process through to the end,

-Prepare and plan for implementation and launch of partnerships signed,

-Oversee implementation and follow-up on the partnerships’ performance within the network’s portfolio,

-Represent Mouratoglou International and act as MI’s CEO delegate in external gatherings, e.g. tennis management conventions, tennis and sports business associations fairs, etc., and also internally in meetings engaging other staff members of Mouratoglou Academy and sister companies owned by Eren Sports,

-Contribute M&A processes from pre-deal to post merger integration,

-Recruit and lead a team of business analysts whose focus shall be to give you leverage on all your work endeavours,

-Select and manage external consultants depending on the execution requirements,

-Be a sounding board to your supervisor in brainstorming driving force in suggesting professionalisation processes in order to take the Mouratoglou Tennis Coach School to a truly world class level, and make it attractive to external stakeholders such as other tennis clubs, country clubs, hotels etc. with terms & conditions to be determined,

-There may be some additional tasks, subject to capacity and opportunities.

This role will imply entail a balance between office time and off property time (travel). Expect 50% time spent on business travel in order to accomplish aforementioned.

Profil recherché:

H/F. Master’s degree in business administration (MsC/MBA) with strong records.

The successful candidate will have strong academics and proven 3-5 year professional with strong reviews and obvious ascension path from either of the following experiences:

-Business development or strategy at a Corporate.

-Strategic partnership within a Corporate development team.

-Transaction services in auditing firm with a heavy focus on strategic market analysis.

-Private equity / principal investment.

-Management and/or operational consulting.

Must-have skills :

-100% business fluent in English, in writing and oral.

-100% business fluent in French, in writing and oral.

-A 3rd European or Asian language would be a strong plus.

-Strong command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel mainly).

-Very strong international stance, proven based on studies, internships, work endeavours, personal interests, personal situation.

-Proven passion/affinity with sports/tennis.
