Our Client, a top tier Venture Capital firm ($1bn Asset Under Management) investing in Seed and Early Stage and in Growth companies, a subsidiary of a famous international institutional group, growing quickly, with an international presence, to continue to grow significantly, needs to strengthen its Support Functions by recruiting a HR coordinator.

This new position will be in charge of the coordination of all HR processes.

Our Client, a top tier Venture Capital firm ($1bn Asset Under Management) investing in Seed and Early Stage and in Growth companies, a subsidiary of a famous international institutional group, growing quickly, with an international presence, to continue to grow significantly, needs to strengthen its Support Functions by recruiting a HR coordinator.

This new position will be in charge of the coordination of all HR processes.

Poste:

Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating our Client’s HR-related operations.

The position will manage directly all aspects of HR in France and coordinate the HR processes with outsourcers in other countries (UK, US) :

-Recruiting support (offer letters, employment contract, etc),

-Onboarding process of new joiners,

-Discharge process for leavers,

-Year-end processes (coordination of objective setting, YE review, salary reviews, remuneration committee preparation),

-Management of our Client’s HR Committee (scheduling, preparation and distribution of documents),

-HR support for all of our Client staff, with at least one yearly HR discussion,

-Oversight of French-related payroll and benefits processes,

-Coordination of UK-related payroll and benefits processes (payroll outsourced to a cabinet),

-Coordination of US-related payroll and benefits processes (payroll outsourced with our Client’s US Operations),

-Coordination of regulatory social requirements in France (Accord Interessement, Temps de Travail…),

-Coordination of Workers Council in France,

-Other HR-related topics (labor audits, internal audits, special projects),

-Potentially, help our Client’s portfolio companies in their recruitment strategy…

Profil recherché:

M/F. University Degree (business school or University).

Work experience of 2/5 years in an HR administrative role ideally in the financial services / Investment management / Investment banking / Banking sectors.

It could be also in a law company or an Audit firm…

Full proficiency in English is essential to succeed!
