Notre Client, une PME industrielle internationale sous LBO réalisant environ 50 M€ de CA, recherche, dans le cadre du fort développement de son activité (opérations de Build-Ups) et de la structuration de sa Direction Financière: un/une « Group CFO – Corporate Development Manager ».

Notre Client, une PME industrielle internationale sous LBO réalisant environ 50 M€ de CA, recherche, dans le cadre du fort développement de son activité (opérations de Build-Ups) et de la structuration de sa Direction Financière: un/une « Group CFO – Corporate Development Manager ».

Poste:

The Group CFO, « right arm » of the CEO, a real « Business Partner » will take part in the Executive Committee and the Board. He/She will actively work in the Business Development of the company and will lead all financial and administrative functions in a LBO context.

As part of the ambitious growth plan, the CFO will play a key role in this project. The scope of the function will be:

-Business Development (organic growth / Buil-ups / Partnerships),
Financial information (budget, business plan, etc.) / follow on M&A process beside the fund / actively participate on due diligences process / PMI plans…
-Controlling & reporting,
-Taxes and legal,
-Financing, treasury, credit, recovery and banks’ & fund’ relationships,
-HR,
-IT.

In particular, he/she will:

-Structure and manage the finance at the Group level supervising both US and French financial and administrative functions,
-Lead the convergence and enhancement of financial tools alongside a US CFO/ Controller,
-Drive the finance function within the standards required in an LBO environment,
-Be in charge of the finance function its professionalization,
-Develop a strong cost control process,
-Pilot and control potential acquisitions (strong pipeline).

The Chief Financial Officer will be managing people based both in France, US, Germany and Spain.

Profil recherché:

H/F. A graduate from one of the business schools/engineering schools (or equivalent).

The candidate should have 8/10 years working experience, in Audit and Transaction Services then in Corporate M&A in an international industrial Group / company.

-Candidates must have demonstrated real financial skills and strong management skills in a results-oriented and transformational context.

-Business Partner & entrepreneurial mindset.

-Hard worker, hands-on, ability and desire to roll up his sleeves and get things done.

-Ability to work as a Business Partner alongside the CEO and the Board in a PE context.

-Emotional intelligence and charisma too impact positively externally and internally.

-Cultural fit / Leadership

-Proven leadership skills and ability to drive cultural change and create value in the long term.

-Ability and ease to manage interaction with private equity funds.

-Comfortable in international settings (USA in particular)

-Having had past experience in companies with strong international dimension.

-Ability to support international operation.
