Notre Client, une très belle PME sur le secteur des services, sous LBO, réalisant environ 20 M€ de CA, recherche, dans le cadre du fort développement de son activité (+40% de croissance par an): un/une « CFO ».

Poste:

As Chief Financial Officer, the candidate will be a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to both the Chairman and the CEO. The candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s operations and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial health of the company’s organization.

He/she will also prepare the company for its next step of funding.

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to the executive team and stakeholders:

-Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements.

-Provide regular financial performance updates to the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key insights and trends.

-Implement financial KPIs to monitor the company’s performance and track progress towards strategic goals.

Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital to support operational needs and investment opportunities.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.

Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to the executive team to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Profil recherché:

H/F.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Fluent in English, the candidate must have:

-Either an experience as a CFO in a company under LBO.

-Or 6 to 10 years’ experience in Audit or in Transaction Services in an international audit firm.

He/she must therefore demonstrate complete autonomy in carrying out his/her work and must demonstrate true relational abilities and a strong team spirit.
